Cupping Therapy

Description
Cupping Therapy: Cupping works by using suction to separating the layers of connective tissue and release the muscles (kind of like a deep tissue massage but in reverse). This action allows for healthy oxygen rich blood to flow to the restricted area, promoting and speeding up the healing process. Cupping can have an almost immediate effect, that's why it's great all on its own, or in combination with other therapies. Wonder what those cupping marks are??? Those red marks you commonly see on people are the result of stagnant fluid (toxins, blood, lymphatic fluid) being pulled out! The darker the marks, the more stagnation. These marks generally last anywhere from a few hours to a couple weeks, but the more often you receive cupping therapy, the lighter the marks will be (due to less stagnation).
